Welcome To My Portfolio

My name is Austin Cook, from Ocean City, MD, and I am a junior at the College of Charleston. This portfolio serves to manifest the skills I have learned in my Publishing & Design Computer Science Class, taught by Dr. Christine Moore. This assignment tested the knowledge we've gained about designing an aesthetic and effective image.

Over the semester I developed the ability to utilize programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and HTML Code, that will qualify me to design brochures, advertisements, and webpages for personal and commercial use. I hope to carry these skills with me out of the classroom, and I plan to use them at my current job, which involves running social media and online advertising for Malibu's Surf Shop, a small local surf shop in my hometown.
